Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I, as a Paintball Site, purchase Realistic Imitation Firearms?

There have been recent amendments to the “Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006” in the form of the “Realistic Imitation Firearms Regulations 2007”, allowing for the sale of Imitation Firearms to groups holding permitted activities. The original act was intended to prevent Realistic Imitation Firearms being sold to the public, basically only allowing HM Services, theatrical and re-enactment groups to purchase replicas. In the amendment, this was increased to include groups holding permitted activities. The rules governing permitted activities are strict, and most paintball sites can comply. Whilst it is technically possible for private individual to purchase CQB weapons, in keeping with the spirit of the Act, we as a company will not sell CQB equipment to private individuals.
